Tell us which page, what you found and, if you can, the official source, and we will check it before we change anything. For bookings, refunds, cancellations, time-slot changes and meeting-point questions, contact the platform or operator named on your confirmation email; we hold no reservations, issue no vouchers and cannot act on any of it.
